We don't say Gaza, Jerusalem and Samaria, it's simply Judea. Samaria is a city in what was the region of Israel until Solomons son married Ahabs daughter and the area was absorbed into Judea. Gaza is also a city until it was absorbed into Judea. It was called the West Bank when Jordan occupied and eventually annexed Judea. And Gaza strip was also part of Judea until Egypt occupied the region.
