Personally, whenever I’m meeting up to buy or sell anything I would generally prefer to meet in more central or high-traffic locations. My own preferences are MRT or LRT stations, bus interchanges, or major bus terminals, all locations that has high or regular human traffic, or are pretty well-monitored with security cameras.

This is why I insist on meeting buyers/sellers in public places with lots of human traffic like bus stops and train stations which provide good exposure and eyewitness testimony if things do turn for the worst. If a buyer asks to meet at my place, I always decline and suggest somewhere else to meet. Most of the buyers you interact with are new ones, so you don't know if they have bad intentions in mind, and even then past buyers may get some ideas should you give them your address. It's not worth the risk to share your home address under any circumstances when meeting a buyer/seller. As per the case with the second seller in the video, do not follow them to their address if they claim to have forgotten the money and instead insist on waiting at the meet spot while they get it. Always meet in public with plenty of eyewitnesses and security cameras, no matter what the situation. I absolutely stand with my descision on that. Fortunately I haven't been mugged so far and most of my buyer experiences have been pleasant, but there's always a chance
