Found this on reddit. Your first "longest" step goes faster and releases more water if you would pinch the meat off then drop it in and salt. Keep the heat medium high. You don't need to stir it until it's almost cooked through.

Carlos Santana exercise it. Do mobility exercises to gain strength and flexibility in your foot again. I broke my medial malleolus in December and had it repaired on Christmas . Takes time and constant training. Still can't run but I'm starting to be able to jump.
