Sir with due respect, we asked mediation in 125 case. Now opp in DV, 498a, GP cases saying to judge on every date that husband asked mediation because he is guilty. He is framing to judge that husband himself asked mediation madam ( to show judge that husband is wrong )

सर् जी नमस्कार,,कृपया कर जबाब दे camplin case 498a में b4 charge 3 गवाह पेश हुवे , after charge मात्र 1 गवह सवंय अवेदीका ने गवाही दिया ( cw1 और cw2 ने गवाही नहीं दिया ) ईस स्थिति में कोट अवेदीका के गवाही पर कीतना विसवास कर सकता है ।

Reasonable amount is good to settle at. As peace of mind if comes at reasonable cost is always good. As these relationships are outcomes of past karmas nothing else. So one needs to accept same to close bad karmic account and not to carry forward.....

Vakil kuch bhi bolte hai...4 se 6 saal chalao lekin settlement mat karo 498A mein aap acquittal ho jao...on the basis of cruelty aapko zero alimony par divorce grant ho jaiyega aur defamation cases alag se karo...like civil suit for damages and criminal defamation..haa it will take time but zindgai ladki ki bhi barbaad hogi...esly don't settled karna hai zero par kar nahi toh bhik bhatta lete rahe and with parallely count cases by ur mother sister criminal cases apne area se kare...thanks time lage lagne doh dusri shadi na ho rehne doh same cheez ladki par bhi apply hogi aur apni life enjoy karo don't fuck give a single penny

आजकल लडकियो को अदालत जाने का शौक है।अदालत मे मुकदमा की लाईन लगी पडी है ,दिनभर मे सिर्फ तारीख ही मिल पाती है,निर्णय सिर्फ उन्ही मुकदमा मे हो पाता है जिसमे पक्षकार आपस मे फैसला करके आये और अदालत को बताये कि हमे तलाक लेना है या घर बसाना है।

While what you said is completely right....All these things are above peace wnd both sides should understand this...but why are you so baised towards husband side always? There are women who are actually suffering and getting shocks about husband and his family after marriage. Try to help such women..do not spread toxicity. You are a public figure and you can really help such women who had dreams but who got shattered after marriage and got into such cases

If amount offered is way too less compared to the money , emotions and love invested in. Due respect to men who r really tortured by their wives . What about a man who is thinking about getting rid of a loving n dedicated wife just because suddenly he started disbelieving in marriage n doesn't want to give enough for her safety n security. I can't force anyone to live with me but at least can expect my safety n future security. No money though can compensate for the broken relationship that I always tried to maintain n he tried to run away.

Completely understand..no amount can fill a broken heart and he should be least understanding to provide for the lady whom he slept with and destroyed her life forever. It's emotionally difficult for a women to move on but at least financially the family should have bit of shame to be honest

He destroyed my life n I helped him when he had a bad time n wanted only care n love in return.when my bad time came, he was the first one to kick me out of his life . Sad that people can't understand that every case is different. Every woman n every man cannot be bad or said to have filed wrong cases. Women might be filing wrong cases but I know my truth n reality. People are writing here why can't she earn ? I had been earning n not taking any maintenance.
