These such laws s making the doctors fearful of taking any serious patient or even surgery because if his attempt does not give positive outcome he will be declared criminal . Body is very unpredictable and there is not 100% full knowledge of it still. since medical Proff has gonein the hands of lawyers and politicians, it has killed the research mindset of doctors and faith of patient and doctor patient relationship. Just an opinion

There's no laws to protect patients from greedy doctors at present. We need some laws that can make doctors responsible.

are u doctor no right?? thats why u dont realise that those 5% of fake cases are making all the doctors suffers...do u know how mnay patients die everyday inside a hospital?? its wayy more in number than the number of doctors.....alright ..arrest them and send them jail...in next 20 years there will be no doctors in the country

ask this advocate, do we have suitable infrastructure or society in terms of even morality to implement such laws to punish a doctor and almost let free a police and administration from all liabilities ?? Doctors had a long standing demand for safety and security from medical failures, from politics, from administrations but our govt sets rules for fine , imprisonment, indirectly reputation for the doctors for medical negligence on doctors day and freed police administrations from liability.. pathetic .. it will increase corruption and more chaos .. govt just weakened entire medical system by setting hard rules for naked front line workers and simultaneously freed the corrupted from liabilities .. if people have a belief that doctors are the blood suckers, worst one , so I think they have a faith in other system like politics and administrations police.. so let it be.. only lawyers and polices will get maximum profit from this in upcoming days.. and very very less profit for patients, only one thing will decrease - some hospitals don't want to admit hazardous conditions.. now the patient can get primary treatment at least.. though it has decreased already

Medical negligence is something else that medical failure. Medical failure is not amounting to crime but medical negligence means missing appropriate action by the medical professionals.
