hey guys! I love these videos, super helpful! I really like the creativity in each video and the ideas are so insightful. I'd like to add a comment: I think it would be good to expand beyond physical contributions and talk a little about mental contributions. For instance being overweight/obese can be tied to personal appearance insecurities, there could be an emotinoal attachement to food, and in general breaking the habits which have contributed to weight gain are psychologically difficult to overcome. So despite the accessibility to bike lanes etc, people may still choose not to participate because of the physical and psychological toll of an active change. So if I was to answer this, I'd mention the emotional toll that being overwight carries and that we could address this in a social way. Lets take an example of community sport as part of an overall health awareness incentive. In this people can meet like-minded individuals (similar health struggles or just love of sport) and also develop a positive social bonding experience whilst being active. Especially in rural towns where the culture is quite communal to begin with. Alongside coaching education, It would also encourage personal ownership of one's health. For instance, an individual may feel more inclined to make healthier decisions to perform better in the sports activity both for themselves and for the team.
