Thank you so much for this video. I have graduated from the Medical Assistant program at Herzing University Birmingham. So far I had three interviews with three medical clinics. But your video is informative and explainful about what to do if not getting hired. So far I had one decision from one medical facility and I’m waiting to hear from 2 other clinics this coming week to see if I get the job as a medical assistant!

Good morning! I just discovered your channel! I am a recent graduate (January 2024) and I have yet to be considered for a position anywhere. I know you said to try not to get discouraged, but I can’t lie to you, I am really beginning to wonder if I made the right choice here….. I haven’t gotten a single call yet! Everybody wants at MINIMUM, 1 year experience. I have seen (and even applied) to some that want 5 years!! I can’t get experience without first getting hired! I am also concerned that my age may be a factor as well. I am 42. Most times, employers seem to prefer younger demographics. Anyway, I found the MA Lounge and just requested approval to join.Thank you for doing this and trying to help people like me. We appreciate you!

Hi Mrs K... I recently discovered your channel. I graduated from a Medical assistant school back in 1999. I have not done this type of job in about 17 years. Lately I have contemplated to go back into the medical field . I feel insecure and not competent since it's been so long. I want to gain back my confidence by watching your videos.
