I am 66. I went through all of my initial Medicare choices a little over one year ago. I think this video is very good and thorough. I understood all of the points contained in the video. I am super analytical (and have time because I am retired) so I watch these types of educational videos from a number of sources. What would be very helpful would be two things, whether you’d call them a roadmap or outline flowchart … the first would be the alphabet A, B, D; C vs G/N + fork in the road …. And the second would be your educational flowchart - if this is 101, what are the other educational videos and how do they situate themselves in your educational Medicare roadmap. I think it would help many 64 year olds see the big picture of choices better; my fear for many 64 year olds is that the initial Medicare choices aren’t made “correctly” for them. You guys (Joanne and the other Hat Lady 😀) are so good at what you do … but there are many bad actors in Medicare enrollments each year that prey upon the elderly masses. Bravo 🎉 Great video. I assume this is your son Joanne? All the best.

Thank you very much for watching and for the thoughtful response! I will try to think about incorporating some type of flowchart or roadmap like you mentioned, since as you said, it can be very hard for many to navigate the overall enrollment process. That is also part of the reason we created our online course since it lays out all the Medicare topics we could think of in an order that hopefully helps people learn better. P.S. Yes, this is Joanne's son

@@GiardiniMedicare I just saw that there are many chapters to the 101; maybe the roadmap already there. Again, bravo. Your mother is a great source of good actionable videos.
