Common Medications: These medications are often used for both aseptic loosening (loosening without infection) and revision surgery with infection: -Pain Medication: To manage post-surgical pain. -Acidity Medication: To protect your stomach from irritation caused by other medications. -Stool Softener: To prevent constipation, a common side effect of pain medication. -Blood Thinner: To reduce the risk of blood clots after surgery. 2. Antibiotics: The type and duration of antibiotic use depend on the reason for revision surgery: -Aseptic Loosening: In some cases, three intravenous (IV) antibiotic injections may be given before surgery, followed by five days of oral antibiotics. -Revision Surgery for Infection: Antibiotics play a more significant role here. You may receive intravenous antibiotics for three weeks, followed by three weeks of oral antibiotics. The specific type of antibiotic will be chosen based on the bacteria identified during testing. Sir tell me one thing... Whats the advantage of hip replacement..its just help u keep walking..nothing more..u cannot do any high impact activities like jumping running...also apart from simple walking lots of boundation comes too like no cross legs no sitting on the floor....(For longer life span of the implant) So its just a support in the name of hip replacement nothing else.... Everything comes under restriction after hip replacement what u can do before this replacement...am i right sir... Also there is a scary part too like dislocation of head if something accidentally happen... Can u lighten up something what i said...

Can mis thr can be done in a patient who has gone through dhs for fixation of neck of femur and non union of femure of neck.Just for knowledge sir.Dhs has been done through open procedure
