I had never heard of FND before your video which popped up in my feed. I have recently decreased venlafaxine from 150 to 75. So far it's been successful. I decreased slowly. I did have some insomnia for a couple of weeks where I'd wake for a couple of hours in the middle of the night but am now back to sleeping regularly. I'd like to try coming off of it completely because I've been on it for a long time but I will take it very slowly. I'm not sure how long I'll wait before trying to step down again.
