how many reps and how long should the exercise take?

Should be 3-4 sets: 4-8 reps max. Heavier the ball, the less reps. Don’t go too heavy. Pair it with a compound exercise like heavy bench (4-6 reps) to get your post activation ready. Then do the wall slam. Rest 2-3 mins in between to get the ATP level back up.
