BUN 13.2 is normal. This patient has a BUN of 44/ 2.14 = 20.56 which is abnormal and fits into curb score (>19mg/dl or > 7mmol).

TS leads to fatigue as pulmonary blood is lesser . Pedal edema is not seen in MS unless patient lives on a rock away from habitation where medical facilities are not present .
