@@karljonez4423 I'm pretty sure McFarlane will make the red costumed Cyborg Supes in the Green Lantern Corps. It looks like the kind of thing he'll make. I bet he'll reuse parts from Lex Luthor mech suit for Cyborg Supes.

@@BrandonNielsen87 yeah I wouldn’t be surprised and i am fine with it. What Mcfarlane has produced so far i am happy with. I prefer DC mostly Superman/Batman and i like it. Plus I customize what i buy half the time. Mafex is awesome and the few i do have i dont touch they are perfect as is.

I had him preordered for ages and didn't know what to expect. When I got him in hand, he was instantly my favourite superman, just edging out Hush. Excellent showcase of the figure. I agreed with you on all fronts and the production was great

I´ve seen some mods with the Ed McGinnis head...and I love it! You should check it out! Hopefully we get that version too for a Public Enemies line.

I was on the fence til I saw it on sale 20% off on Amazon, 97 bucks total, and what really got me was how the in stock number kept changing, it went down up and way low then way up, to which I pulled the trigger cause I was NOT missing out on this. Had my eye on it ever since it was announced and I'm glad it's coming very soon.

This figure is god-tier. Well, the next best thing, anyway. Now all I need is a decent sized toy tank, and a missile to go with this guy. I'm sure I can find those on eBay.

This figure is PHENOMENAL, quite close to a 10/10. Sadly for me, I despise this particular rendition of the character and I would LOVE if MAFEX made another Superman from a more heroic run/look. My choices would be Jose Luis Garcia Lopez, John Byrne, George Perez or Dan Jurgens (not in the black suit). I tried to get the Hush version even if I also don't think that's a cool run for the character but it sold out really quickly.

I genuinely feel bad for this version of Superman. Despite how the story or Batman looks at him, he really isn't a bad guy; he's still trying to do the right thing and save lives, but he's conflicted between his morals and where "the American Way" has gone. I actually think it'd be an interesting idea to explore if it weren't confined to a Batman story that casts him as an antagonist. At any rate, personally I hope that Mafex one day makes a figure of Superman in the second Rebirth suit. It's such a nice "modernization" of the suit that keeps the spirit of the classic and doesn't feel too over-redesigned. I'd love to have a good articulated figure of it.

Jose Luis Garcia Lopez Superman would be a no brainer. His art is everywhere on merchandises. It’s generic and not comic specific, which would make a perfect figure.

Brad, we know Mafex's game now. The re-issue will be out in a year or so and this (probably deliberate) mistake will be corrected in regards to the "S" on the cape (AGAIN!). Marvel Legends plays this same psychological game. They bank off of impatience and knee-jerk impulsiveness.

I think McFarlane's TDKR Superman is the most accurate to Frank Miller's art. Mafex's Superman looks great, and I absolutely love the colors on this as well (seriously wish those were the colors on Hush Superman), but this guy is too muscular. I passed on this guy for being too big/muscular. Hopefully Mafex will make yet make another classic non-Hush Superman again someday.

I got this guy in recently from AmiAmi, and this is the Superman figure I've been waiting for. I honestly hadn't realized the shield on his cape wasn't source-accurate, but a big reason for my not realizing that is because I'm not the most invested in TDKR story-wise, I just like the form-factors of it's Batman and Superman renditions (also I'm not a big McFarlane fan, so I'll pay a bit more to get good DC stuff). I like a burly thicc Batman, and I like a big beefy boy-scout Superman, and these definitely fit the bill.
