Thanks for showing me what all three builds look like connected together, I've been waiting for weeks for someone to show what this looks like! I'm not sure I want to buy three sets but I might buy two of them and build my own castle using these alternative builds as inspiration. Looking forward to what you can come up with on your own!

Whenever LEGO tries to reboot an old theme like Castle 2013, or Pirates 2016, or even BIONICLE Gen 2 it just ends up a highly Juniorized affair that doesn't really draw in new fans and is to simplified for fans of the original. However more one-off sets like Benny's Spaceship, Barracuda Bay, the Medieval Blacksmith tend to be super popular as they take old classics and amp them up to something super impressive. Creator 3-in-1's hit a nice middle ground where we technically get 3 brand new entries to the theme without completely cluttering up the catalogue. That Creator Pirates set from last year was great. The Creator Castle set from this year is great. Rumor has it a Creator Viking set is coming out next year and I'm super looking forward to it! Maybe if we're lucky we'll get some more specialized ones one of these days. This castle is technically a Black Falcons set, so what if we got Creator Blacktron, or Creator Adventurers, or Creator Power Miners, or Creator Chima. The possibilities if Creator veers just a little out of the "generic" ball-park are endless.

Thanks for this video mate. It really helped me decide what I was going to use this set for. I primarily am going to use this set for a parts pack to use in my castle area of SixFigs Amusement Park. What a superb video DUB! Clearly a lot of work went into this ...and I look forward to seeing your 'combined MOC' using the 3 sets to craft something unique. For me although I bought one of these sets, and I grew up with the much loved Classic Castle sets, this set, as an adult, feels very 'kid-ish' and unpolished. Especially when say compared to the Ideas Blacksmith's Shop or say the Kingdoms Joust or Medieval Market Village sets. I appreciate that that's just my opinion though and others will think differently and love this set. It is good however to see Lego turning their attention back to the Castle and Pirates themes!

Thanks mate, yes few people release the time it does take to produce videos like this. No that’s a totally understandable view. I think some leeway needs to be given being a 3in 1 creator set. I wish I could justify getting 3 boxes, to get the whole "castle town" feel and the expansive courtyard, but the amount of leftover parts from the alternate builds is really high..

That is true, however I do like adding more spare parts to my bins. Even though it is a reasonably price set the cost is still high to get 3. I had to hold off getting the guardians ship so I could get 3 sets. Thanks for watching.

Yes it does however I have started dismantling them to build a custom build. I’ll do a Shorts video in a day or two, I just need to edit it. But it only shows the main build and the tower build together. Cheers mate

The amount if figures you get in a single set for something worth $160 retail (I got in for $107 at the Big W sale though) is pretty terrible. We should be getting at least 5 figures if you ask me. Love your reviews as always :)
