i do wonder on something.. is it perhaps possible to use the windmill blocks to power a wagon or caravan. hmm and can the sails be actually used to simply drive a craft forward without mechanics... this would be a fascinating experiment to try.

okay so let me explain my logic behind this crazy notion. it is my understanding that the energy input is vastly greater than that of simply pushing or pulling a wagon as one feels needed. rather it becomes a case of building a transmission that rather than driving a saw mill could than be used to drive a set of wheels instead. or even legs if one is crazy enough to pull it off. braking than would be reliant on simply throwing a wrench into the gears

I just tested this as it is a great idea - sadly the mechanical blocks cannot interact or be built into the smaller wooden blocks.

hmm. so i sat there thinking about this. hypothetically speaking if a structure is built with a large degree of stability and then the foundation is deconstructed it is plausible that an entire structure could in thought be made into a vehicle, being one to simply not give up I gladly would be willing to experiment as i know that wooden blocks can be used in conjunction with a large grid structure. one simply would need to cut away the supporting base. again thought experimentation in it's raw form.

The windmill and parts are just animated, without any physics attached. Only specific parts have any compatibility.

You need to build the blades in one of the crafting tables (the forge I think). Also the mill stone are probably the same.
