Large Tuscan wine estates have been built here in California, but this is the real thing! You simply can't buy or replicate the antiquity or character of an estate like this in its natural birthplace. And Stefanie, I could listen to you read the phone book in Italian! Thanks!

Great tour Stef! Sounds like a good investment for a bread and breakfast or a hotel. A property to own alone is nice and everything, however, if I love the property that much - I would want others to enjoy it too. Sharing that love for the area should always be joined by guests, family, friends, and loved ones.

Great property, but the up-sell on a portion of it is obvious. private lake - @3:41 Where I come from that is a pool sized puddle. Property is so great for the money, that part could have been left out and is not a selling feature. The selling feature is the views shown at the opening!

The private lake & tennis court are pretty sad looking unlike the amazing host! I love Chianti, if I owned this place I would be drunk all the time since I would be bathing in it at the wine center spa. Beautiful property with lots of options! Great property and business opportunity there! So the bath in the winery is the most expensive jacuzzi! The multiple temptations of sitting in a bath of bubbling Chianti wine! Great for the skin and licking your lips if some splashes into your mouth! Did you try it Stefanie? Lovely presentation as always!
