I don't think she's necessarily lying about completing school or essentially in the last weeks of school. But I do wonder how and who is financing her if she claims she's doing excellent financially. Most medical careers if you are going straight for bachelor's and higher, you're working so much extern hours that it's nearly impossible to make a real income if you don't already have a husband or wife, came from money, special connections, full-ride scholarship, or manage to get in school somewhere that allow paying internships. It just seems odd because if it was that easy to go towards higher degrees in medical more people would be doing it but it's really the financial burden and several hours of free labor "extern" that dissuades folks.
