I can see the blackmail argument. But not the defamation unless he can prove financial damage (e.g. getting fired, getting demoted, losing out on career chances). If the feds went over her account and could establish a pattern of payment for favors, now, THAT might constitute another type of crime in most states. But that's a big "if" and not very likely to hold up in court (plausible deniability via her business). From where I stand, I wouldn't waste any time on her. He's getting positive attention and her followers, which are going to be overwhelmingly male and single, are now forewarned about the price that comes along with dating her. I'd be very surprised if he didn't end up with a girlfriend after all of this, he's decent enough looking and seems to have a good sense of humor.

@@RowanBarkley well, kinda long story with lots of juicy details. Anyhooo, short 1. Met ger on the beach. For THREE HOURS she was taking selfies!! Three hours incessantly. As soon as i told her what i do I SAW her attitude changed and the sparkle in her brain. She said can i have $3000??? Xcuse me??!! Yeah, can i get it, i need it to fix my chin. She was there for plastic surgery (about 10k) but she was short so could i oblige!!! When i refused she threw a temper tantrum. There is more to tgat but short one for here.
