Pa Cass The outcome is that thoughts lose their "power". Eventually there will be no thoughts, just being vividly present. Consider that when we're attached to the content of a thought, we feel the associated emotions; Believing the though "I should do this and that..." we feel restlessness. Believing "I'm no good.." we feel unworthy, etc. When all those afflicted emotions and related thoughts are gone, there is only present the joy of our natural state. You can see it in small children, who don't yet have the thick web of mental crap we adults do.
