You should know: 657. Worship of the formless is possible only for those who have lost the notion ‘I am this form of the body’. Any kind of worship that is, any effort at formless meditation being done by those who have the notion ‘I am this form of the body’ is nothing but a worship of form. Know this. Bhagavan Sri Ramana. And there will be nobody who is not identifying himself with the body. Do not fall into the hubris of the filthy ego. Accept your helplessness.

There is a state that is a believe but that does not require an effort, and that is exercising faith. Because faith is not a concrete dependency it does not require a dependency on the individual. Freedom is the removal of dependency, freedom is the exercise of faith.

It’s like when you are holding a stone in your hand, that requires an effort. But when you let go (opening your hand) the stone falls naturally (effortlessly) this is the natural state. Don’t hold to anything.

If ignorance is such a belief, how do such beliefs form? Are beliefs just the process of our multiple human bodies uttering words and reaching consensus by some form of convergence in the multi agent system that "we" form?

So beliefs would automatically emerge from human communities just like bodies emerge from cells and cells from atoms?

But then what is the relationship between awareness and all of these emergences? Is awareness the principle that gives life /reality /experienceability to emerging concepts that would otherwise not exist more than any other not-self-contradicting theoretical system? Is it some sort of blessing that reality is giving to a certain possibility (or maybe to all possibilities) by absorbing itself into it? Is it what is meant in Genesis by "and God saw that it was good"?
