Life is very stressful because of all the difficulties, suffering and constant worry that it brings which cause a lot of us to resort to drinking, drugs and many other vices in order to cope with the daily negativity. The way I am able to cope without causing harm to yourself is through meditation and breathing exercises which allows you to relax and thus become more mindful of your surroundings and with the information you absorb.
