Thank you for the beautiful meditation. However, I couldn't complete it as there were 3 ads right in the middle of the meditation. Quite ironic and inappropriate considering it was meant to assist in better sleep. Please would you consider limiting the ads in the beginning only. THANK YOU.

It is very natural,so no need to worry, all the toxins in our body get released.these meditations are totally harmless,in fact much much uplifting so do not worry at all, Only thing, it is to be done on empty stomach, or a gap or 3 hrs after food,be alone ,nobody should disturb you,and don't get up immediately after it is over All the best,may Gurudev bless you.
