One of the best meditation on letting go of someone you love
@niamexicanrose82345 жыл бұрын
I'm so grateful to have came across this video. My heart was heavy when I first started listening to your guidance. but toward thee end I felt rejuvenated and I'm ready to heal and move on. It was hard for me to open my heart up again after 5 years. but I took a chance because i realize not everyone will be like my ex. But found myself hurt once again in just a few short months. And that's ok I will keep pushing forward. because I realized after listening to this recording I'm not the problem actually I'm the prize. And anyone who cannot appreciate a good person like myself and many others out there, it's not our lost but the person whom walked away and left us wounded. But the storms In life don't last forever🙏 after ever heavy storms the sun shines bright again💗💗💗💗💗.

I consider myself a strong person. I've listened to so many others, read books. I listened to this only afew minutes into it & tears started rolling down my face. I cried so hard that i couldn't breathe. Never have i come across something so strong & real as this. I believe this is the starting point of my healing that i had been looking for for so long. From the deepth of my heart, I thankyou for this😥💗

As I mention to others when they have such an experience: tears can be a good release. I would listen to my Meditation for Self Compassion too now; it will be a good follow-on for you. Take care my dear

Su Sunny Su Hansen Words can’t express how sorry I am for your loss. My husband has a chronic disease and so far chooses not to go on Dialysis I also have the same condition and go to Dialysis and on the Transplant list. It’s been a difficult journey without any support or help. I know sooner or latter our journey together will end. We can all just live one day at a time. Hope you’re doing better

You are fantastic. Your voice, your statements, your soothing, your questions, your guidance is helping me heal from the ending of a rollercoaster, toxic relationship. Your videos are by far the most helpful I've come across in actually dealing with all the pain in the nooks & crannies. Thank you.

This was a challenge to write and I'm so glad it helped! I'll be doing a special one for getting out of narcissistic relationships, called Take Your Power Back and another one focused purely on the grief to help heal after relationships too, so hopefully adding more of what people need to find themselves again after a relationship

Thank you so much for this beautiful, soothing meditation. 3 months ago the man I considered the love of my life left me, after living together happily for 4 years.😔 It's been so hard for me to let go, the pain still cuts deep sometimes, especially when any happy memory with him pops up in my mind. This guided meditation was so soothing, I cried a lot but it felt relieving...✨ Thank you again, I will surely listen to it again soon. Blessings!💖🙏

I'm sorry for your heartache. It can be hard to deal.with any kind of relationship ending. But in time the pain will go. With every ending there is space for new beginnings when you are ready. Be kind to yourself through the process. Best wishes, Sarah.

Thank you so much for uploading this meditation. Slept after doing this mediatation and had a wierd dream.. I am with many celebrities i am talking to them just like my friends, but i am with my broken phone and with old teared clothes on. We were in a hotel room which i felt like every year we all would visit like an event..and we all caught a giant creature which we burned down using fire. I dont know the exact meaning of this dream. But felt relieved and hope this would be a positive sign after the meditation. Thank you for the change u hav brought through the mediation. Sending much love❤️

@@unlockyourlife Honestly... Whenever I do think to come back to this one, it seriously is exactly what I need. And it's funny, I "know" the script, but I can better get "into the zone" with this one (I don't get hypnotized by anything I've experienced) but I always know my anger is at me and my letting myself be vulnerable or hurt when I could have prevented it... and sometimes when I didn't "let go of past relationships" quicker and different and better than I had. Sometimes that was it. I never feel "angry" at any of the people whose ghosts haunt me from more traumatic times. I always think to if there is anyone I'm angry no... Me, (and your later answers)... Then I can finally "FEEL" where I really am scared and angry and hurt "by" others, I don't mean that so weird, just... it's really helpful for me personally, I blame me by default and was diagnosed PTSD, feel better to better find the ways to not 'blame' myself, but protect AND prevent ever getting hurt or letting someone hurt like that. The resentment and blame and fault always feels mine, but this helps me to take a step back more than other stuff (because even knowing "the answers" I cannot, just can't answer them right). Sorry, I'm emotional, but I love this one. It really helps me and I hope others find "their" video like this in your growing library (or others... I'd listened to and read and done a lot before this that couldn't quite get me through 'these' walls this helps with). Thank you-

Wow the reason why I am still so hurt even a few years after is because I gave him so much and I had so much more to offer to him then he did for me. Example I invited him to a family trip, my parents welcomed him in with love and he didn’t come from that type of family. His family didn’t come from love like mine did so he took from me a lot more then I took from him. My family was so offering to him but his family kinda just …didn’t give me the same love. And that’s why I am so hurt because I gave him so much love and joy and then when our relationship ended I couldn’t understand how he could just walk away so fast and easily. Don’t get my wrong we both crossed boundaries and did some crazy stuff but in the end he walked away without some much hurt like I did. 25:34 mins in I realized to not give my love and not away so much so fat because people will take advantage of it and soak all of it up and leave me dry. Never realized he was an energy vampire especially with me being an empath. Never realized that I was the gift box and he was not. This has made me realize that when I meet someone new to have boundaries. ❤

So are all in pain and need to heal. You can move on. Remove your attached emotions from this person. And think from a logical point of view. Weight out the good and bad. Also love yourself enough to detach because holding on only causes more suffering. Allow yourself a week to grieve it's ok. But afterwards began pulling yourself together. It's not easy but it can be done. We all have survived it some more than once or twice. You can do this. Praying that your guardian angels bring healing to you right now.🙏
@talith3344 жыл бұрын
I know it's hard, dear... 😔 I'm trying to do the same. Don't force it, allow yourself to feel the pain but remember, you also need your willpower to heal. 💖🙏 I hope you are feeling better these days! I wish you love & blessings!😘
