To connect with each other and to see each other regardless of our background, regardless of our education, regardless of our ideologies, just to be loving and accepting of another because we are just here together on this journey, on this planet.

For the last 12 years I have traveled the world teaching Transformational Breath®, working with a wide range of people, from the ones that have just discovered the power of conscious breathing to certifying Trainers. It has been an amazing adventure. In the past year I have learnt a lot about sharing my knowledge online. As an offer of gratitude to life here are my posts to be shared.
My background as a psychologist and my experiences working with thousands of people from different cultures, create the foundation for my teachings and my meditations.
Every week I host a support call for my breath family, we start with a meditation, I'll be sharing these meditations here, as well as some other reflections and fun facts of life.
