Sir, Namaskar! I am Muslim, but i have respect and honour for other religions including Hindu religion. I have deep respect and honour for Bagwan Sri Ram Krisna Paramahangsa, and Beloved Mother Sharada Devi. Now, i seek your kind advice as to why I feel someone or something standing behind me, when i am alone and also some kind of unknown fear coming in my thoughts. Are these problems dangerous?How do i overcome these problems? please kindly reply to me with ur kind advice. Thanks!

HARE KRISHNA .....SIR mai 1month se regular meditation kr rha hu tab se mujhe bahut jyada benifit mila hai ....padai mein focus rahta ,,negative thoughts bhi bahut km ate hai ....sir aap se request hai kuch aur meditation pr video upload kr do .....🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Love u sir headrs up 💪💪 aap nhi hote to aaj main nhi hota apne mujhe new life diya sir aaj main ocd se cure hu only aap k waja se main sabko ak baat kahena chata hu meditation karna chahate hai to sir ke baato ko follow kore mera 16 year's k ocd problem cure ho gaya hai main ak v din meditation practice off nhi kiya mera meditation practice 6 month completely ho gaya hai ab main jab tak is duniya main rahuga meditation karta rahuga jo log meditation karna chahate ho aap se k baat mano tab dekho meditation practice karne k baad aap log life main kya kya Achibment kar rahe ho

Bro i feel standing meditation is lot better than sitting meditation because while siiting and doing i easily fall to sleep and also there is more chatter in the mind.I enjoy the standing meditation but the attitude i feel after the meditation doesnt last much time.I believe the attitude will last longer if i practice daily.👍

Do starting of meditation & yoga increases in heart rate ? Or It's just post covid effect . I started practicing & converting my knowledge into practical just 3 days before . I know about meditation from past 3-5 years & spirituality from my childhood less than 10 years .

Sir mere sath ye ho rha hai ki jaab mein 10 min meditation kartha hu to iske 2 or 3 hours ke baad jaab mein bhaar jata hu to automatically mere dimag mein thought ate ha kya karu iska koi solution bato sir ji please 🙏🥺😭

Hare Krishna sir mujhe maditation krte hue 1 month 16 din hua par mene 1 din ka gap de diya mere tabiyat bohot kharab tha to kya mujhe fir se karna hoga or mujhe ocd thik hii nahi ho raha anxiety kam hua par thoughts ate hai please rpl sir kya kre ?
