This worked! It actually helped me find my way back to sleep. You accomplished the impossible. So very grateful for this video. So very grateful for your whole channel. One gentle suggestion, please allow a brief pause between the inhale and the exhale count. I don’t breathe quite that quickly. 😉 Namaste ✨🙏🏻✨
