Prior to listening to this I was anxious and my heart was feeling hardened over a meeting I was preparing to go into. I listened to this 20 mins before going into the meeting. There was nothing, absolutely nothing to laugh about going on during the meeting but for the life of me I couldn't stop myself from smiling and I had this intense urge to just laugh.
