Jai Gurudev!Yesterday l did the same meditation..my mind was severely upset,th ere was disgust paint and whatnot.l was weeping all the time.But after meditation my mind became clear and calm .Today l repeated the same meditation and am rejoicing in Guru's Grace.Pranam on the lotus feet of Gurudev.
