I have rarely eaten something so delicious. I picked a fresh cauliflower from the garden, and within the hour, was enjoying this fabulous salad/side dish. The only problem was I did not make enough. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

To continue having it to be a vegan dish without adding meat, I may add sunflower seeds for protein. Any other vegan protein ideas? Please don’t suggest tofu. Lol.
