So different to a Northern med diet. Beans mushrooms Lardo 2 good shots of Grappa lots of Coffee work hard in the kitchen Garden eat by the season not a lot of red meat kept my relatives in good shape well into their 90s.

I had to fly back to the States for a contract job. After only 2 months I'm already feeling the effects of the food here in the States - (inflammation, bowel problems, lack of focus, etc.,). I try to eat healthy, organic, and grass-fed, but the cost is ridiculous. I have 4 months to go on my contract before going back to Sicily and it won't be anytime soon I plan to return back to the States.
