So tough question… so Palermo has more organization since it’s much farther from the city. Catania has a train also but we came in late so … it just really depends on what you want to do ❤️✈️

Hello Chris and Jim, it's Silvio from Catania. Casually I grabbed your video and as Catania citizen you made me flattered, so I want to thank you for your footage and for have shoutted out my city wich live inside my heart. Secondary, sadly, in another hand you have disappointed me.... You mustn't eat chocolate cannolo without before have tasted that with ricotta! Only that is the original 😄😄. Anyway, kidding aside, I suggest you to taste even granita with brioche (realle is this one the traditional sicilian breakfast, mostly in summer season). You're very nice couple. I wish you unforgettable vacation and all the best!

The bus from the airport is only €4 per person and takes 15 mins to get to the centre. Definitely an option to consider

€30 is standard set price from the airport. He only raised it by five which is common if you don’t know the price ahead of time

This is possible, but 35 Euros is pretty spendy when we paid considerably less everywhere else for much longer rides. Yes we are on vacation but still hope to pay a fair price. But we loved Sicily and luckily this was the only time we felt we overpaid. 😊

Uber doesn’t exist in Sicily, taxis won’t allow the competition. Work is scarce enough in Sicily. I don’t believe Ubers exist even in Italy but I’m not sure.

It was rare we needed them since we rented a car, but yes they were is Catania. They were way cheaper than the taxi. But seemed to be rare.. loved the island though 💓🥂 Cheers Chris and Jim
