man oh man, I am making this tonight....picking up the ingredients today. This looks soooo tasty. I'm making it like your recipe here, but I'm putting thin slivers of red onion in mine with some sun dried tomatoes in oil instead of fresh tomatoes. Otherwise, it will be like your recipe. It will be a nice holiday dinner for May 24, with some charcoal grilled Bison burgers.Can't wait.

It's a mini Kitchen Aid food processor. I believe I found years ago at Walmart. It's worked great for many many years, and comes in handy all the time.

Good idea!! The dressing in this works fantastic with other veggies! I've even made this with different noodles like a gluten free rotini and it works amazing too!
