Mediterranean Stuffed Peppers with Ground Beef

This is a basic recipe for Albanian stuffed peppers but keep in mind that this recipe is very customizable. You can add more seasonings (like oregano, spices etc), you can make the dish vegetarian or replace ground beef or ground lamb or ground chicken etc etc.
This video is meant to be more of guideline rather than a rigid recipe. I often change things around myself like type of rice, fresh vs dry seasonings, more or less meat, type of peppers, blended fresh tomatoes vs canned tomatoes etc etc.
I love to serve this dish with Albanian tarator, salad and some fresh bread. Leftovers taste even better so if you have a big tray, bake more and enjoy:)).
