Dan videos are one of the best of the social media barbers, its what we get asked to do day in day out on the shop floor. This is more useful than crazy fashion cuts with weird ass stuff done to the neckline etc

Dan's haircut is very simple to style. Blast of the hairdryer. And use a matte finish product like the Regal Gentleman Matte Clay or a paste. With this you just want to get a tiny bit of product all the way through with your fingers to show off that texture and add some hold - nothing too perfect, no combs or brushes needed. We'll try get Dan to show how he styles his hair in a future video, if you'd like to see it?

Thanks for the feedback, Emily. This video is more about the advice to Toby in the chair so that gents growing out their hair can see how to communicate with a barber as you're going through the process of growing. The hairstyle may not change a lot but it's more to show that communication the whole way. As we know a lot of guys struggle with this process and think you just have to grow without ever visiting a barber or hairdresser, which is great if you can do it but a lot of us don't want to. Hope that makes sense. We're hoping to have more than one video a week out in the very near future, so then we can have the videos you like plus more variety like this.
