in moderate orbitopathy, we can do radioiodine ablation under coverage of glucocorticoid. they say that there is release of thyroid antigens due to destruction of thyroid tissue with radioiodine ablation. so, if we cover with prednisolone, that worsening wont occur.

Dr. I had papillary cancer in 2022 on right side. Both glands were removed. Had RIA treatment at apeksha hospital. Taking thyronorm 100mg for 5 days and 75mg for 2 days. Having LBBB for a long times. Sometimes irregular heart beat, high blood pressure. Taking repace h50 twice a day atorva 20mg vit d 2000iu. Please dr. Tell me a treatment for LBBB l will I get a a heart attack
