I did my blood test yesterday after 5 weeks of 100% no carbohydrates no sugar no fruits no starch no red meat diet. My Liver panel test result shown AST , ALT , GGT level all perfect! Far from its top range. Just 5 weeks. My fatty liver is reversed to healthy normal. I lost 4-5kg just from dieting and stop eating after 7pm till next day lunch. 2 meals a day. Only boiled using water, steam Fish , tofu , cabbage broccoli veggies , chicken breast , black coffee no sugar for afternoon lunch and green tea no sugar during evening dinner not later than 7pm. After 7pm I fast till next day lunch 12pm. The fasting time is extremely important as this time allows digestion and some hunger which makes our body burn the fat within without exercising. Exercising barely able to reach the fat around our liver. So fasting is the effective way. I had No milk (contain high fat and high sugar) . No snacks. No all kind of bread which still are carbohydrates. No cake. No biscuits. No rice. No noodles. No fruits especially as it’s fructose are directly process only by our liver! Just 5 weeks and fatty liver is back to normal with proven liver function blood test compared to my previous test result 5 weeks ago. I feel very lively light and positive. I lost 5kg. Also My cholesterol and sugar level were also extremely good blood test result! I m looking way younger and my body is nicer too. I m 33 years old male. Non smoker non alcoholic. Didn’t work in a toxic environment. I didn’t exercise. But I ate much rice , fatty red meat, and milk and cookies and fruits. I slept late before. Now I kicked those bad habit n bad diet. After recovered from fatty liver, I continue my way of eating n fasting n sleeping time. I reintroduced some healthy carbohydrates back into my diet. Such as some corn carrot , some wheat bread, a little potatoes. Please make sure u do not overdo it. I really mean only some. Lack of discipline and taking it for granted will cause regrets. I’m sharing for mankind and for those who were helpless from useless doctors. And I’m sharing in memory of my late father who passed away due to end stage liver disease.

Yes, this is the way to eat! Three months and I completely reversed T2diabetes….was at the point where my ‘specialist’ doctor was going to prescribe medication for out-of-control diabetes but i said no, that i would find an answer myself. His response was that medication was all i could hope for now! That was over five years ago. There IS a solution and starting out yes, you do need to be determined but it is most definitely doable. Slow and steady… talk yourself thru it. I used to do deals with myself….yes, you can have an ice cream - tomorrow; then drive quickly past the ice cream place…..soon I stopped thinking about ice cream at all. I was astounded when i became aware of that fact one day. If you are able, clean out your cupboards and just start! I still had to cook for the rest of the family and always considered myself on the weak side when it came to being “strong” . It is so possible..if you know someone struggling with T2D advise them to get a set of blood tests then start changing how they eat and redo the testing in 3 months….it’s important that the head does NOT undermine the rest of the body and let you down so keep your thinking under control in a kind manner. What I am saying is set your course, be unwavering and hold your hand, cajole yourself along the way. There are no food police….i used to choose one very small “treat” IF I needed it at the end of the week….it was only for Fridays, if i didn’t want it that day it was gone. Best of luck to anyone who makes the life gaining decision to start!

Research milk thistle. It’s not a saving bullet once you’ve already developed cirrhosis but it can help prevent damage from being done when taken regularly. I’m convinced milk thistle has saved me from alcohol poisoning on at least a few occasions. I’m no doctor but I’d recommend looking into it and abstaining from alcohol for at least a month. Going to gym and lifting weights is what helped me stay sober. Good luck to you and your family.

@@geoffjoffy I think there is a balance...I agree if drinking heavily for days...you feel tired, irritable etc..and I do like the weekend great sleep you get if you are not drinking...but I do like the relaxed feeling that alchol can bring..and it can help me enjoy yourself....all in moderátion...Maybe once per week is the correct balance I think

But I also learned I was never an alcoholic because when I told alcoholics that I got a bigger thrill out of being constantly sober, having a clear mind, and knowing what I was saying, alcoholics never agreed, because an alcoholic fights a daily battle not to drink. Yeah, energy drinks have alot of Nician. And another thing about them is that energy drinks everyday over years can cause you to come down with anxiety disorder especially if Your sensitive to caffiene. And then after stopping them, the anxiety stays with you, at least this happened to me after drinking them for about 9 years everyday. Panic attacks too!

I have seen/known 2 people who died from cirrhosis because of drinking alcohol excessively over many years. I will tell you that it isn’t pretty. Your body wastes away as your abdomen becomes larger and larger. Then up to 13 litres of accumulated fluid was removed from the abdomen…..several times. Pancreas failed eventually and insulin was also needed. Some seizures😢💔 It’s a disease that needs intervention and commitment to take each day one minute and one hour at a time. Eventually success *should* be possible. If you are reading this and you want to get out of this habit/addiction, please get help, even by asking a trusted person for help. As Matthew Perry said, the most difficult word for us to say is “help”. Help is a life changing word.🦋

I have the same problem with sweating. My Alkaline Phos on my liver profile is elevated and I've already seen a gastroenterologist, had a ultrasound of my liver, pancreas, kidneys and spleen. He then sent me for a liver biopsy at UAB. The only thing we got from ALL of this is I have a fatty liver which, we already knew. Most of my family has one. Even my tiny sister that watches everything she puts in her mouth! Still don't know why out of 5 liver enzymes just the one is abnormal/elevated? Just wonder now if that could cause excessive sweating? Oh, the ultrasound did reveal a dilated bile duct but they're acting as if it's nothing....doing nothing about it or for me. I don't know where to turn to!?
