Hmong food, tofu recipe, tofu.
Ingredients:
*Soy bean seeds (soak overnight with cold water from the sink).
*Wash soy bean seeds well and drain in colander.
*Blend 1 cup soy bean seeds per 1 1/2 cup water ratio until you finish.
*Filter blended soy beans in cloth bag.
Preparing acidic water to solidify the tofu:
*Use 100% apple juice
*1 Cup apple juice
*1 Cup cold water from the sink ( mix apple juice with water in the amount that you need).
