I'm super confused by this. For example the city rider 3 it cost voyager money but can't climb the same hills the voyager can. It has bigger motors but can't hit voyager speeds and instead of getting a bigger battery you get a 544wh one in the voyager you get 544.3wh might minute but remember the voyager cost $1199 without a sale and the city rider cost 1299 without a sale

@@ATG554 I ride my Voyager every day. Absolutely not a single regret!! The city rider is a good board for the average rider. The voyager is dangerous. The city rider 3 looks like it’s for my uncle or something but even then I see your point just get a hurricane and ride speed mode 2. I don’t think we should complain about “more” options Meepo throwing dope boards at you to pick from skip that one.

@@dwight_boi agreed, tbh from what I've seen from my voyager that city rider might give crazy range with street wheels. The voyager is dangerous in the wrong hands. I feel it's a mid range price but a high end performance

@@ATG554 I giggle a little bit knowing what a BEAST of a board I got for such a great price!! I also like to look up and see all the options for my friends and family to pick what they want. Both my cousins grabbed mini 5s and im getting the envy or flow for my lady 🙌🏽 If my voyager wasn’t still so bad ass I’d get me the hurricane but I have (0) complaints about range, power, the deck nothing even these new 105 wheels are amazing!

I love my Voyager. True monster of a board. The only downside is the Lingyi ESC is a little less smooth compared to Hobbywing.

I've always been hesitant about the Voyager, strictly because of the bad press it got when it first came out. Love that you made a video showing the refinements! It's definitely got me tempted now 🤔

From the last time I watched you, I ended up buying a WowGO 2S Max that goes 28 mph, my only complaint about it, is how heavy the board is, its 25 lbs with cloudwheels, so its relatively hard to carry around. Looking forward to probably getting a more portable board that I dont have to drag around like a dog on a leash lol.

I love my Voyager! Just wish I bought it when they started selling it with the fast charger. I bought it with the original charger and I believe it messed up my battery. I can only get 17 miles max range out of mine. I'm only 170 lbs so I should be getting way more. I tried to get meepo to replace the battery but they deny that the charger hurt the battery. Even though they sent a replacement charger and told Everyone not to use the other one anymore.

I'm loving my zealot s, but considering something a bit more powerful with more range. I'm torn between the Zealot x and voyager, but this is a great review and makes me highly consider the voyager. How is meepo customer service compared to backfire's awesome service?

to be honest they are probably mostly the same. I have heard both good and bad from both companies. At this time i think the key if buying a good board you like.

Ive gone 30 miles on speed 2 with 90mm wheels and 25m on 3 at 230lbs

Exway has their best and biggest promotor in Danial Kwan. Now Meepo has one in EV Steven. Even the rock hard cheap medieval remote got praise over the more fancy ones like Backfires new one. Eskate MY thought it was extremely hard to carve and turn but now the bushings are best in class. Meepo has for years and years been criticized for the jerky control but now finally it's perfect.

Do you expect everything to stay the way they are forever? Positive changes needs to be praised. And yes I absolutely hate the backfire remote more than anything. Have you tried to look at it under the sun? To judge a business where they were instead where they are moving towards is not constructive and it doesn’t move the eskate community forward. Neither is blind praise. As compared to the sh*t meepo had pushed out before. This is a big leap.

Great review as always. I just watched this review again after watching the Zealot X review. I cant make up my mind. I dont ride at night very much so the Zealot Light is cool but not useful for me. Which would you get? The price and feebies included makes me want to buy the voyager x. But hows the performance of the two? I have a Zeus Pro for reference. I appreciate your feedback

ive been looking at the voyager to upgrade the wife from her teemo board i have a hurricane i bought refurbished but actually got a new bamboo ultra for 899 wheels still packaged up and all not scratch on it i could tell everything was new but the wife is scared of the hurricane specially as she weigh's 104ibs ive just been a little scared of meepo from the reviews of customer service and of the voyager but i guess its no different from the bad reviews of the hurricane and mines doing perfect already 100 miles 0 issues so im taking these bad reviews with a grain of salt

Since you have ridden both Voyager and Zealot x, is there much difference in acceleration? Are they on the same level when it comes to performance or does the Voyager simply pull harder since it has more watts? Great vids btw. Gonna follow your blog.

@@evtechsteven Yep, got it friday,its got alot of power compared to my Apsuboard,cant see wanting more power,I had it on #4 brakes & I had to run off at 10 mph,the brakes at 4 are very strong,didnt use #4 power yet,kept it on 3 till I get use to it,I put the Cyclone wheels on & gonna try later,funny Im lookin at the Acedeck N1 belt version already getting close to getting it after comparing to the Propel Pivot GT

Yep its a great board & all the xtras is even better,I looked at the Zealot X but its $250 more(no extras) which puts it in faster board territory,if it was $1k that be a good deal anyways,I got the Acedeck N1 geardrive ,awesome board I kinda like the Meepo though,both have more than enuff power,I changed bushings to riptides

One thing about Meepo. When "average eskate reviews" did this board they could not in any way get in contact with Meepo for questions even as reviewers which begs the question how good their customer support is. Also, let us buy the board at a lower price without all the "free" add ons. Cheers

I currently have meepo Voyager electric skateboard that i got as a gift from a friend. but my problem with the Electric skateboard is either battery or the charger, my charger is blinking red and green and my battery turns off every time I take the charger off. I don't have any loose wires in my board as I checked. Really use a new meepo Voyager or just a new charger and Battery. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

the range is disappointing, 14 km on 1 charge with the 105, nowhere enar the advertised range of 49. on 2 chares i have ridden 35 kmh.
