With my dad we came to the conclusion shy dogs tend to me more aggressive when the situation needs too. Shy dogs are the best to be house protector dogs. and are loyal af, since they don't tend to be friend with everyone and around for petting xD so their owners are their priority always.

I thought my first rescue dog was gonna get up at night & murder me for the first week bc he would not sleep & just stare at me. I later came to realize that he was trained to be a guard dog for children in Bhutan. He'd sleep during the day & stay up, guarding most of the night. Now, 6yrs old, he never broke from it & just loves being a lil' look-out boy.
