Good interview, interesting hearing about how deeply researched the DOAC show is, I used to watch religiously and then it became more and more obvious how contrived it was getting and chasing the emotional moments, as Grace confirms here by researching into family members and leveraging that as something to pull up unexpectedly. I understand why, but it made it less interesting for me and more like a mission to make clips of crying celebs. I really like Grace's approach to the subtle sell, more product placement than product promotion. The 'page flip' noise is my cue to skip forward a minute or two because you just know a plug is incoming for whatever product Steven is riding at the moment! Looking forward to Grace's future beyond DOAC, I hope TheSocialClimber really develops or she moves to another company and helps that flourish 👌

The value Grace gives in any piece of content she is in is HUGE. She mentions some newsletters to stay ahead of th trends or changes, anyone knows which one are those?

Great interview! Grace is an absolute weapon. So impressive. Small technical question…do you use Ai to find the timestamps and write the headlines that you kindly include in the KZbin description? If yes, would you share the tool? It does a great job. Thank you! I absolutely loved this pod!

Finally someone agrees, I find it hard to convince clients to stop repurposing long forms into shorts but rather add extra value to their audience 😅

Are guests paid or do they pay to be on the show?

Apart from “just a quick one” begging segment every interview. And “it helps grow the channel” instead of saying that’s how I earn money All podcasts should look at lex Friedman podcast, no begging , no stopping it half way through just the best one out there that makes the others look poorly put together
