Meet Dilia: Rediscovering Joy with Restored Vision at Church Health

Venezuela-born Memphian Dilia Pineda feared losing her eyesight after facial paralysis from a stroke. Her first experience with American health care was Church Health. “Church Health treats everyone with the same compassion.” Dilia was referred to our volunteer ophthalmological providers who prescribed a schedule of therapeutic eye injections. Her eyesight is steadily improving along with her confidence.
