When Tyler West was just seven years old, he was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. A resilient and joyful spirit, Tyler lives each day to the fullest with help from his family and the team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. I have a similar story. I ended up having ewings sarcoma at age 11. They told me it was just a sprain. I am grateful they found it when they did. a year and a half after i felt the pain, they came to realization that it was cancer and it had spread to my lungs. Now, I am cancer free. So far I am in remission. Hope to be that way for many decades. I just hate cancer so bad. It's bad enough when grown ups get it but babies and kids. I have a 7 and 3 year old. The thought of them going through this makes my stomach turn.

I feel terrible even when my Love has pain after tooth-removing and I can't help him to take away the pain 100% successfully. Can't imagine how does it feel for a mother to see her little boy fighting with such a horrible experience. How does it feel to battle the fear and getting strong enough to smile and laugh.
