Mother Nature I feel is changing the world. Yesterday (16th in New Zealand) we had some thunder, a bit of rain. Then nothing. Then near 3pm which is time to pick up the school kids it starting to hail. We have weather apps on our phone and didn’t show we will have any thunder. My cat hates it poor baby boy. I make those proteins balls but add chia seeds,mini chocolate chips and sometimes unsweetened coconut flakes. My kids are competitive swimmers and these are perfect 10 mins before their events. Swim you wait around so long that they need that quick pick me back up. Meet takes 5 hours to swim 5 minutes ( unless you swim distance like mine).
