Oh wow… actually “meeting” Andrew was something I never thought we’d actually see until after the wedding, so this was an amazing surprise!! I couldn’t stop smiling, you guys are such a fantastic couple and I’m so so happy for you both!! As a side comment, Andrew definitely seems like a 5w4 (my second guess would be 4w5 or 9w1) on the Enneagram, and (given I haven’t made this conclusion erroneously) that boggles my mind… I’ve met so many non-typical ENTJs it’s insane, usually they’re 3s or 8s

This dynamic really makes a lot of sense to me. The cognitive functions make it so that you are similar enough to have a connection but different enough to help each other grow! Two things: - by the things your fiance said, i totally would have known he was an engineer about halfway in if he hadn't mentioned it 😊 i work with mostly engineers and they are all about finding the quickest way to do something - the cold: above freezing mind over matter can work.... This is a nice example of both having exactly same cognitive functions in their origin stack. Hence they fight for the same thing constantly but in a different way of approach. 25:06 I ‘obviously’ have a great sense of humor, but I absolutely wouldn't describe myself as a funny person. And yeah, Andrew's jokes are ‘lame’ (or whatever other adjective you want to insert here) but the way he delivers them makes it funny. It's a sort of deadpan humor.

Maybe it's because I have a lot in common with Kristin as an ISFP, but I would definitely gravitate more toward her musical tastes. Coldplay in particular is the musical equivalent of comfort food for me, and I too had a Maroon 5 phase.

at a buffet, i personally sneak corndogs into the buffet so others can enjoy them. I hide 6 corndogs in my jacket pockets. it then, is a joy for me to see other patrons of the establishment eat my corndogs thinking they were part of the buffet.

12:30 Andrew has a point here. It's not telling myself that I'm not cold what works for me but just ‘accepting’ the cold. I still perceive the cold but it does no longer affect me as much and I don't feel the urge to shiver. However it works much better in a dry freezing cold than in a dank cold. A dank cold at around 0 ⁰C gets even me but -10 ⁰C are totally fine. @Kristin Maybe there's a difference between dominant Se and aux/tert Se with a leading T function here. For you it's the pure unfiltered experience and for us the Se experience is a bit more like a data point and our respective thinking functions can overwrite or dampen it's significance in a way.
