Skinny pigs are different from other guinea pigs. They need fleece bedding instead of woodshavings and need to have a warm spot to warm up if they get cold. You also need to watch out for normal guinea pig ears to get burnt

I love your Guinea Pigs. It makes me miss mine. She passed away earlier this year. I think she was about 7 or 8, which is really old for a Guinea Pig, but we loved her well. Thank you for sharing your babies.

Yeah that Scotty's animal channel has a piggy smalls. Ha, I named my Peruvian Axl bc of his long hair. I wanted to get a curly fro fro one just to call him Slash but two is just fine. I don't actually need anymore. My other one is named Whiskers. Apparently Whiskers is a common guinea pig name as well.

My baby girl is a Teddy and my son named her Sheepy😍. She’s the sweetest and calmest, until I take her food bowl away to refill it. She wheeks at this human until the bowl is returned 😅

They are wonderful pets. Had a couple of Abyssinians years ago, wonderful girls. They'd get very vocal around dinner time - they knew the routine and were rather insistent on us keeping it! They loved to go outside and munch the grass and dandelions, never would use fertilizers and such to spoil their treats.

Yea my pigs very much hate each other except for two of them so my dad made two large homemade cages and we split one of them in the middle so they still can interact. (it’s a male so he can’t be with any of my girls)

Careful with handling them on their backs is really bad for their spines!! Guinea pigs in general don't like to be handled as they are prey animals - I got all my info on them from the youtube channel "Little adventures" id really recommend that channel! I have two rescue guineas called eddy and joey :)
