Alli Webb, the Founder of Drybar, ventured into hairstyling after leaving the industry to start a family. After being a stay-at-home mom for 5 years, Webb decided to find a way to continue pursuing the creative side of hairstyling at a new-mom pace by starting an at-home hair blowout service for fellow moms, which evolved into the nationwide success of Drybar. She expanded the brand with a product line sold in major retailers, eventually selling it for $255 million. Webb's entrepreneurial achievements led to accolades like being featured on "Shark Tank" and recognized by top business publications.
Continuing her entrepreneurial journey, Webb founded Squeeze, a massage concept focusing on affordable luxury accessible through an innovative app, and joined Canopy as President, pioneering functional beauty devices like humidifiers with aromatherapy.
