Marianna has always been such a breath of fresh air. I have been following her since before Summer Fridays and I have always admired her poise and personality and wisdom. So much wisdom . I find it so beautiful that she shined light on her parents despite them being divorced. Her story and upbringing says so much about how she is now as a woman from how her parents raised her. Being raised by 2 mature adults really has such great impact. This was a very beautiful conversation between 2 friends . Loved loved ❤❤ I wish Marianna and Jay more success in their life and career . Their platform truly makes a difference

There are many things to bring u happiness but nothing will be permanent. I have used different techniques and I do things completely but nothing works. The day I became Muslim and then I started practicing Islam with all my heart that includes stuff like 5 daily prayers, reading Quran a lot and making an effort to understand it, doing zikr of ALLAH SWT as much as I can, asking things in prayers and making Dua, treating people in a good way, making efforts to please ALLAH SWT then my life was changed. I can't say it enough. الحمد للّٰہ رب العالمین . ماشاءاللہ لا قوتہ الا باللہ You can try it as well.

Having a big group of people in your social life is not too important. The most important is you are in the group that you feel you belong and it impowers your energy. Another thing, saying NO is not a bad thing. We must set limitation to take care our mind, body and soul.

I agree that it's not about having a big social circle, but rather finding a group of people that you feel you belong with and who energize you. It's important to set boundaries and say "no" when needed to take care of your mind, body, and soul. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Thank you very much Jay and Marianna. One thing that is really amazing for me is that she started travelling long distances between different countries and continents (if I accurately remember) when she was a child. Travelling always scares me. Leaving my city or country, not matching and adapting with new culture, being awkward to the native people. But imagine it is possible to go beyond boundaries even at the ages that you are a child. Also hearing about Marinna's parents that how they managed everything for their child to be joyful and happy was amazing for me. Her mom told and taught her to try to be independent and learn to stand on your own feet 🐾. Being self supportive and self protective is great.

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

That's what I thought when I started watching it first as well... Then I realised, "hey, but this is what a healthy person is supposed to look like" So I kept watching, and from that perspective, it's a different story! Because your past only forms your future as much as you allow it. If you are able to heal, you can also achieve a healthy mind. And having a healthy mind you can also find happiness. Keep it up, you are exactly where you need to be! ❤
