I’ve known Mike for almost 20 years. He’s, in my biased opinion, one of the smartest and most underrated coaches around. I’ve NEVER seen any athletes under his guidance not improve! As long as they just follow his guidance they always thrive!

hey been looking for his full name to contact him, just wondering if you are willing to share

I feel like we got incredibly lucky to work under him and have him train us so diligently. Shawn and I always joke about being the slowest runners that he coaches lol

Watching this after reading about him being Grant Fisher’s HS coach HITS DIFFERENT. Especially since he was his coach in Michigan where I’m from! My HS team competed against Grand Blanc at regionals

Another great vid guys. 4:58 word of advice from a non-professional runner but researcher of many subjects, do your best to avoid tap water, full of ch3m!cals and fIuoride, terrible for the body. Get yourself a high quality water filter and rehydrate with only the best, pure water. Much love and respect always fellas
