You can contact your rep directly and ask about trade in options. Then they’ll get pictures and quote you on the value of your trade in if you want to trade up.

What is the price for one head model? I am planning to start my embroidery business. Can that software be published to the website so that buyer can do his/her own design like print-on-demand?

Price of a single head ranges between $13-15k. For the software, it is digitizing software, and is meant for you to digitize designs. Can’t be uploaded to website for print on demand. That’s web software that’s completely different.

Can you swap the 8s panel out for the new panel?

Unfortunately you can’t as it’s not just swapping out the panel. In order to support the functionalities of the new 10S panel, the machine was completely redesigned with all its electronics and sensors so swapping out a panel would require a complete retrofit of the machine by changing out all of the rest of the boards and sensors, which would be extremely costly for anyone who wants to do so. However, you’re welcome to trade in your existing machine to upgrade.
