I love all of your products and all of your informative information. Recently I reintroduced C & C into my routine. I apply C & C prior to rewind then liquid gold in the past I had trouble with pilling is this ok?

The order in which you applied the products is correct. Our C+C serum has a silicone base so we recommend waiting a few minutes before continuing with your routine. Layering other products without allowing C+C’s base to evaporate can cause pilling or balling of product.

I bought my 3rd bottle of liquid gold..my 2nd bottle of Soft Touch...and I bought my first Rewind serum. So far...I love it. I love this serum because it has only like...20 ingredients..nothing overwhelming and no FRAGRANCE!!!! However..the lettering on the Liquid Gold and Soft Touch melt off and wind up on my hands and face. The direction and ingredient's lists all melt off. However...if that's the only problem...that's the only problem!

Great video, Alli! Quick question: I have been successfully rebuilding my moisture barrier for a few months now and it finally feels balanced and healthy. After enjoying the Velvet Cleansing Milk, Fortify, Rewind and Liquid Gold, I ordered the whole Stratia collection: yay! Understanding I have Dry/ Sensitive skin, what product(s) in your range can I safely introduce to my routine next? C+C, Night Shift, or Soft Touch AHA? I am really nervous about having to go through the whole process of rebuilding my moisture barrier again, it has been an 18 month journey that I never want to repeat. Thank you.

I have very acne prone, dry skin and i have used a bottle of C+C and didnt experience any irritation! I already use tretinoin so I havent tried the retinol and I dont get along with AHAs because of irritation
